Integration of the SDGs into National Planning
The e-learning course on the Integration of the SDGs into National Planning was developed by UN ESCAP to support policy makers and sustainable development practitioners in development of strategies and plans to implement the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development and the SDGs. The complex and aspirational 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), require multidisciplinary methods for developing implementation strategies because of their “indivisible whole” nature. - Enroll
low carbon
The concept of Green Growth emerged in the Asia-Pacific region to turn resource constraints and the climate crisis into an economic opportunity that generates a double dividend (higher growth with lower environmental impact) by improving the efficiency of resource use and increasing investments in natural capital to drive economic growth. Realizing the promise of Green Growth will require a bold and ambitious transformation of the economic system. - Enroll

In order to address the challenges of increasing waste in low- and middle-income countries in Asia and the Pacific, urgent action is needed from local and national governments, non-government organizations (NGOs), private sector, and communities. The course provides tools and knowledge on locally appropriate strategies and multi-stakeholder solutions for sustainable waste management using 3R principles in cities in developing countries, including establishing Integrated Resource Recovery Centers. - Enroll
