The Youth Voices for Climate Action (YV4CA) campaign serves as a platform for youth in the Asia-Pacific region to make their voicesheard on climate action and empower them take charge.
On the occasion of the Asia-Pacific Climate Week 2019 (APCW), which takes place on 2-6 September in Bangkok, Thailand, the SLoCaT Partnership calls on all countries in Asia and the Pacific to work together with national stakeholders to develop comprehensive and coherent sustainable and low carbon action plans. By leapfrogging outdated and inefficient transport solutions, Asia-Pacific countries can move rapidly to cost effective and efficient mobility solutions.
Since the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in 2016, scientist have been studying its “indivisible whole” nature, with the objectives to propose viable methods and tools for integrated planning of the implementation of the 17 SDGs.
