The 2017 report discusses wastewater and explains how it can be harnessed and recreated as a resource. Key topics in the report include: (i) prevention or reduction of pollution at the source; (ii) wastewater collection and treatment; (iii) using wastewater as an alternative source of water; and (iv) the recovery of useful by products. This WWDR aims to raise awareness of the use of wastewater and its necessity in a circular economy.
