The course is targeted at development professionals who are responsible for developing policies and programs aimed at meeting the SDGs, especially policy advisors/analysts, modelers, and implementation and evaluation specialists from government agencies, policy research institutes, and international development institutions.

The course is offered in two compulsory modules: a self-paced online module, from January 7 - March 1, 2019, and a four-week classroom module on the campus of University of Bergen, Norway, from March 11 – April 5, 2019.
